Requirements and procedures
to open a COLOMBINI store
Prerequisites:
> Suitable location in a furniture city that has been
selected together with our team or approved by our team.
> High flow of customers.
> Store Communication Facilities: fixed telephone, computer with internet connection
> No other brand furniture can be placed in a Colombini store
> Previous experience in furniture sector highly appreciated.
Material to provide once the contract has been signed:
> Layout of the shop and of the general floor of the furniture city with accurate measures
> Photos of the existing shop situation
> Customers flow
Business documents required:
1. Business license with last year annual inspection
2. Open bank account permit certificate
3. Local or state tax bureau certificate
4. VAT payer certificate (for VAT invoice)
5. ID or passport of representative
For the individual business, they should have at least
a business license and tax bureau certificate at least.
Also he/she should have ID of representative.
Procedures:
1) Sign contract
2) Our sales department will carefully choose
the productmix to be placed in the showroom according
to each individual local situation.
We will then start designing the store layout.
The standard material provided is:
> Layout (CAD)
> Electric layout (CAD)
> Colour wall layout (CAD)
> Prospects (CAD)
> Executive drawings (CAD)
> Images positioning and images file
> CD with: Colombini marketing information
and Decoration procedures document.

to the indication given and the product model given.
3) Together with the furniture installed
in the showroom, the following material
is provided directly by Colombini Company
> Welcome Totem
> Colombini Box (that includes: catalogue, price list,
order form, Colombini pins, Colombini pencils, sales training manual, Colombini DVD)
> Certificates
> 1 box of leaflets
> Official Dealer Authorization
> Accessories
> Colombini reception desk
4) Before the showroom opening our sales area manager will visit the showroom to check that all fitting requirements have been satisfied. If the decoration is up to standards the decoration support will be deducted in the next order. The area manager will also be in charge of supervising furniture installation, accessories display, sales and software training.
